Brennan Maley

Mr. Maley has been with TOLD Partners, Inc since 1999. In that time he has leased or sold properties in excess of 5,000,000 square feet. In 2002 he was one of three agents selected to represent a local developer successfully The Winnetka Business Center (5 buildings totaling 175,000 square feet) in Chatsworth. In June of 2004, Mr. Maley achieved Partner status by successfully reaching his sales goals in record time. As a Director of Real Estate-West for Harbor Freight Tools from 2008-2011 he was responsible for site location, lease negotiation and saved the company over $2,500,000 in rent and other concessions. In 2016 Brennan rejoined TOLD Partners continues to focus the leasing, sales, and tenant representation in Los Angeles and Ventura County.

Brennan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Creighton University, Omaha, NE. He currently resides in Agoura Hills and has 2 daughters Nola (17) and Fiona (15).
