William Kogel is a Senior Partner.
He specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial properties in
the San Fernando Valley.
Mr. Kogel entered the industrial real estate brokerage business in 1981
when he joined Ashwill-Burke Company in their Woodland Hills office. He is a graduate of Cal State
Northridge, where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 1977 and has been a
member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR) since 1981.
